About delivery and shipping
If the total order amount for one delivery is less than 10,800 yen, the following shipping charges will be applied.
Hokkaido/Honshu/Shikoku/Kyushu: 770 yen (tax included)
Okinawa/remote islands: 1,980 yen (tax included)

Nationwide uniform: 280 yen * Only some products are supported. Due to size restrictions, it may not be possible to use this service when ordering multiple items or when ordering gift wrapping or Noshi.
Delivery to remote islands may not be automatically calculated at the time of ordering.

*Regarding overseas delivery, we will inform you of the order confirmation email from our store.
Orders placed before noon on weekdays will be shipped the same day. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so we will ship the next business day. However, if there is a specified delivery date, we will adjust the shipping date to match the specified date.

Since the delivery company has posted an absence notice, it is possible to redeliver at a time that is convenient for the customer.
In the unlikely event that the storage period for the absent package has passed, the ordered product will be returned to our shop, and the customer will be billed for the round-trip shipping cost for the cancellation of the order.
Only home delivery can be specified only on the day displayed in the specified date selection at the time of ordering. If you do not specify it, it may arrive sooner. If you are in a hurry, please order without specifying.
Mail-bin delivery cannot be specified, and it is a delivery method that cannot guarantee the delivery date.
As a guideline, if you need it within one week from the shipping date, we recommend courier service.

About orders and confirmation emails
An order confirmation email will be automatically sent to you immediately after placing your order.
However, if there is an error in the registered address, or if the receiving address is affected by reception settings or security, it seems that you may not be able to check the sent mail.
If you register as a member, you can check your order history in My Account after logging in. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your order history and check if there is an applicable order.
Since the system cannot change the order, we will cancel the order that has already been placed and then proceed with the order procedure again.

About the product
We are very sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on your preference of the pattern. The products using Japanese pattern fabrics that we sell have different facial expressions depending on the position where they are taken, and no two are the same.

The kokeshi dolls we carry are not industrial products, but are hand-made one by one by craftsmen. I would appreciate it if you could take the bleeding and rubbing of the paint as a taste of handwork.
In order to prevent food loss, we do not respond to requests for items with a long expiration date. In addition, due to inventory management, we are unable to respond to inquiries such as "I would like to know when the expiration date will be delivered" as we cannot make a definite promise.
