Necessary charges other than product price

Although it depends on the content of the order and the delivery area, it is usually delivered within 3 to 7 days after receiving the order.

Orders placed on holidays will be shipped the next business day. (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, summer, year-end and New Year holidays, etc.)

Returns/Exchanges: Please note that due to the nature of the products, kitchen utensils, tableware, and food cannot be returned or exchanged for opened products or for customer convenience.
