機能性高い石見焼のすり鉢
ぽてんとしたシルエットに職人技がこめられた、元重製陶所さんのすり鉢 大です。
すり鉢の製造でも有名な島根県江津市の石見焼で作られたすり鉢で、すりつぶすときにグラグラする、食材が上に逃げたり飛び出してしまう、といった、従来のすり鉢で抱えていた使いにくさを解消するために作られました。
内面は耐久性に優れた釉薬が使われ、専用の道具で職人さんがひとつひとつ手作業で付けられている櫛目の鋭さもポイント◎。丈夫なのでごまなどを「する」作業だけでなく、ナッツ類やホールスパイスなどの「砕く」作業にもお使いいただけます。裏面に滑り止めがついているので、テーブルに傷をつけにくくなっています。
直径約18センチで、そのまま和え物を入れたり、サラダボウルや、小どんぶりとしてもお使いいただけます。すりたてのごまやナッツ、スパイスで作るお料理は格別。
小どんぶりのように深めに作られたフォルムと、石見焼にマット釉薬がかけられたしっとりとした質感で、キッチンや食卓にもすっとなじむデザインです。

※使用後はすみやかに汚れを落とし、よく乾燥させてください。
※すべり止めのシリコンゴムは濡れているとすべりますので良く乾いた状態でご使用ください。
※陶器やガラスのお皿などのツルツルした面に、シリコンゴムが当たった状態で長期間保管されますと、ゴムがくっつくことがございます。お皿などに重ねずに保管ください。
