枕崎産かつお荒節と道南産天然真昆布を水に一晩じっくり漬け込んで作った「超濃厚な水だし」
抽出したダシに必要最低限の加熱をし、必要最小限の五島の海塩を加えて出来た、伝統的なダシ素材ならではの優しい味わいが手軽に楽しめます。
水で薄めてお使いください。希釈率は15倍（本品1：水14）が基本ですが料理やお好みによって加減してお使いください。
