水引も美しいらんちゅう杉箸
おもてなしにぴったりな、廣箸「よろしぃおあがり」さんのあわじらんちゅう 1膳です。
どなたの口も触れていない、美しいお箸。新年を祝うお正月はもちろん、節目や記念日などにふさわしい客用箸です。
らんちゅう箸は、中央から先へ行くに従い細くなる、きれいなカーブが特徴です。諸説ありますが、お腹のふくらんだ形が特徴の金魚「らんちゅう」から来ていると言われ、その形から子孫繁栄の縁起担ぎの意味も持つようです。
長さが約26センチほどあり、先が細いので食材がとりやすく、遠目のおかずにも届きやすく、所作が美しくみえることから、お客様にも喜ばれる長さと形になっています。
このお箸には、香と水引のブランド「香紡縁（こうぼうえん）」を主宰する岡本英子さんデザインの水引が付けられています。結婚式や快気祝いにも使われる「あわじ結び」の美しい水引です。赤と白からお選びいただけます。
行事後は、洗えば使えるお箸なので、普段のお料理などでお使いいただけます。特にらんちゅうは盛り付けに向くお箸となっています。
