やすりがけなしの木べら
削り職人とも言われる、かんな使いで仕上げられた大久保ハウス木工舎さんの、木のへら（右利き用）です。
硬い桜の木を切り出して、細部までも特注のかんなで削られ、やすりがけを行ったような質感を出されています。
長さは約30センチほど。変形のブーメランのようなフォルムで鍋肌に沿いやすく、食材の形を損なわず返すことができ、先端が斜めにカットされているのでほぐしやすくなじませやすいのがポイント。
柄もほどよい丸みがあり、握りやすくハンドリングしやすいつくりです。
炒め物、ソテー、ステーキ、つぶす、混ぜる、いかようにもお使いいただける木べらです。
