About payment method

You can use credit card/bank transfer/cash on delivery/Amazon Pay/pay later (convenience store, bank, post office).
The card number is encrypted and transmitted by a system called SSL.

About delivery and shipping

Free shipping for orders over 10,800 yen (including tax) ・Courier service: 700 yen + tax (Okinawa and other remote islands: 1,800 yen + tax)

・Email service 280 yen nationwide Only some products are compatible with email service.

About returns/exchanges/cancellations

When the product arrives, please check the product immediately.
We take all possible measures to ensure that the product is perfect, but in the unlikely event that the product is damaged, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days after the product arrives so that we can exchange it for a substitute product.

We will ship within 2 business days after receiving your order, but please note that if there is a holiday in between, we will need time for that number of days.

About product inventory

On this site, multiple stores share inventory, and depending on the timing of your order, there may be a gap in inventory and the product you ordered may be out of stock.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email. Thank you for your understanding.
